Where we ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States including Washington D.C. on the continent of North America. We do not ship to APO and FPO addresses.
Free Shipping
When we say FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders, we mean that any product or group of products in your shopping cart ships for free!
All products eligible for free shipping, ship via standard USPS First Class or UPS/FedEx Ground 4-7 business days depending on your location. We also reserve the right to ship these products with other carriers or services of our choice. Free shipping only applies to the 48 contiguous United States including Washington D.C. Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Our goal is to ship your order within 24 hours. Orders placed before noon Eastern time will ship the same day. Orders placed after noon, on weekends, or holidays, will be shipped the next business day.
How We Ship
We currently ship all orders via standard USPS First Class or UPS/FedEx Ground 4-7 business days depending on your location. We also reserve the right to ship these products with other carriers or services of our choice. American Tradesman Supply Company will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions or acts of GOD.
Order Tracking
Shortly after your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking # (if a valid email address was supplied).
Sales Tax
Georgia residents will be charged an additional 8.00% sales tax on their order.
Signature Confirmation
All orders of $250.00 or more in value will require recipient's signature (upon delivery) to confirm product was delivered.
Package Theft
American Tradesman Supply Company will not be held responsible for deliveries left unattended in front or outside of deliver addresses. You can email support@americantradesmansupply.com to request signature required delivery if you want someone to sign for a package that we deliver to you. Packages that go without signature required that are left by USPS/UPS/FedEx at your delivery address are the customers responsibility. We suggest you select Signature required if it is unsafe to leave your package at your door. Additional fees may apply.
Refused Delivery
If for any reason the purchaser/recipient simply refuses a package and it is returned to us, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
