Need To Make A Return?

American Tradesman Supply Company wants to build long term relationships with all of our customers! We strive to make our customer's experience a pleasant one. If you are unhappy for any reason, let us know. We will work hard to try to correct the issue. Returns are no different!

The following are some guidelines for product returns:

All items/products must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All sales become final 30 days from purchase date.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Purchaser must contact American Tradesman Supply Company for authorization prior to returning an item. Contact us at support@americantradesmansupply.com to submit a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The purchaser will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs for the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee return packages sent to us by others.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

For items that are received damaged, the purchaser must contact us within 3 days of purchase. We will issue the purchaser a credit for the item once a damage claim has been filed and approved.

If for any other reason the purchaser simply refuses a package and it is returned to us, the purchaser will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
